The 31st Edition of the Super-Zonals of the Central Regional Athletics Festival was held from 7th and 8th July, 2023 at the Cape Coast stadium, the Capital of the Central Region.

75 Senior High and Technical Schools participated. These were the best performing schools from 6 different zones in the interco the previous weeks. Athletes that placed 1st to 4th in their zone and schools that placed 1st to 3rd in the relays qualified.
A very beautiful parade and march was done by athletes of all the competiting schools as they were introduced to officials and spectators amidst cheers from their schools and the general public.
Athletes competed in field events such as High, Long and Tripple Jumps, Shot Put, and Javelin; and track events including 100m, 200m, 4x100m, 4x400m, hurdles, 5000m, 800m.
