Abetifi Presbyterian College of Education Organises Orientation for First-Years

5he Presbyterian College of Education at Abetifi in the Eastern Region has organised an orientation programme for the First Years.

Several persons took the students through the tenets of their institutions, Associations, Clubs or Departments during the orientation.

The local Students Representative Council (SRC), led by the president, Prince Appiah-Kubi, educated the freshers on what the Council does, their mandates and their limitations. He also motivated them to learn hard and take up leadership roles.

The freshers were also introduced to the Teacher Trainees' Association of Ghana (TTAG).

Personnel of the National Teaching Council (NTC) were also present talk to the freshers about NTC and the Ghana Teacher Licensure Examination.

The Sunday was used for Freshers welcome Interdenominational Service to thank the Lord for admission and safely arriving in school; and to plea on God to take the school community through the semester.
