The Ashanti Regional Inter School and College Super Zonal Athletics Competition has been held by organisers of the tournament on Thursday, 21st and Friday, 22nd March, 2024 at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
34 schools competed after massive different zonal competitions where four best schools were sleceted from every zone.

Prempeh College won the Male Category of the competition while St. Louis Girls Senior High School won in the female category.
Prempeh College took the trophy from OKESS who won it last year. Prempeh has won the Super zonals four times. St Louis retained the title they won last year.

Most Outstanding Female Athlete was won by Aisha Ibrahim of St Louis Girls SHS; and the Most Outstanding Male Athlete went to Dennis Appiah Minkah (Odenke) from Opoku Ware School. Odenke Competed in 5 finals, won 3, and made 2 records.
