The Government of Ghana has given has given Christian University College the Charter to become a fully-fledged University. The University College has released a presser to that effect.

Kumasi, Tuesday May 21, 2024 - The Management of the Christian Service University College is excited to announce to the general public that the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo has granted a presidential Charter to the institution with effect from September 1, 2023.
The implication is that the institution has become the 10th chartered private University in Ghana and henceforth will be known and called “Christian Service University (CSU)”.
“I wish to express my appreciation to the general public and our stakeholders for their unflinching support and assure that this new status will not negatively affect our time-tested core values and commitment to quality teaching and learning towards producing transformational leaders for societal advancement”, says Prof. Sam Afrane, President of CSU.
Christian Service University is a leading Christian non-denominational liberal arts institution established 50 years ago and has trained over 8000 alumni serving as heads of churches, Bible translators, MMDCES, business executives, bankers, lecturers, marketing executives, journalists, public relations practitioners, healthcare practitioners, traditional rulers, administrators, accountants, and development planners.
