A lecturer at the University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) in Ghana is making the University and the country proud as he has become a hot cake for presentations at international seminars and conferences.

The lecturer, Anthony Baidoo, an International PhD Scholar in Political Science with specialty in Forest Policy and Politics, was originally invited to join a group of Global scholars in a special four-day Global Forest meeting in Oxford, United Kingdom. Later, some scholars invited him to present papers in their schools and departments.
During his presentation at Oxford University where Mr. Baidoo addressed the Global Forest meeting of scientific experts, he “pitched a post-PhD project idea of establishing a CENTRE FOR GOVERNANCE AND SUSTAINABILITY (REGOS) at the University of Energy and Natural Resource, Sunyani-Ghana”. He expressed that the proposed “Centre shall be a global hub to produce cutting-edge research in governance and sustainability issues in the sub-region and embark on projects which will transform the lives of local community members in Ghana and beyond; and which shall be done with partnership and collaboration from global partners.”

The next invitation came right after Mr. Baidoo’s presentation at Oxford. He writes:
“Right after my presentation yesterday in the UK, a French Professor immediately recommended me to a University to address a group of Masters students in a Module Training in France in days to come.
I also got an invitation based on my presentation yesterday to address a group of management experts in November.”
Mr. Anthony Baidoo currently studies Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Political Science with speciality in Forest Policy at AgroParisTech, France. He is also a Lecturer, Apostle, Author, Business Man and Philanthropist.
