The student, Rasheeda Mutanimiye, who went on a semester programme at DHBW Karlsruhe in Germany expressed her elation in the opportunity and threw more light on it.
Rasheeda Mutanimiye writes:
"During my exchange program in Karlsruhe, Germany I fully immersed myself in the rich culture and everyday life of the country. I was paired with a German student who was incredibly welcoming and helped me to navigate the local customs and traditions. I cherished the opportunity to experience the country from a local's perspective. We attended classes together, and I was pleasantly surprised by the interactive and hands-on approach to learning. Outside of school, I had the opportunity to explore various historical sites, try traditional German cuisine, participate in cultural events, and forge friendships with fellow students. Overall, my exchange program in Germany was a transformative experience that left a lasting impact on me, and I am grateful for the friendships and memories I made."
UNAM has numerous exchange programmes with several Higher Educational Institutions across the globe that gives their students opportunities to study in foreign universities as part of their course.
